Depressing
I don't know why I do this to myself. My DH is out of town so I decided to watch my grandparents old home videos. They are the same age as me in the videos. My mom is a little baby, like 2 years old. My grandparents looked so young and happy. Now they are aging before my eyes. I really feel like crying
I wish I could freeze time.

It is depressing, I know exactly what you mean. The thing that makes it easier for me is to think of all the great things they lived to see. Children, grandchildren, great grandchildren. That must feel so amazing.

i think its sweet that you're watching the videos...
I would bet ANYTHING that they were home tonight, thinking of YOU and how happy/vibrant you are.
