Delicious (but simple) Chicken Soup recipe

The real home made route or cheaters chicken soup?
Here is my cheaters chicken soup that everyone raves about:


depending on your pot size, I use a large pot and fill it w/ 2-3 of the really big College Inn broth- lower/ light chicken broth. I add to that 3-4 chicken legs raw, carrots, celery, 1 onion cut in 1/4's, fresh parsley, fresh dill, parsnip, turnip, the stuff that comes in the soup greens from the store- I also add some water so it is filled so it all gets in. a little black pepper, and powdered garlic powder, just a drop to taste. let simmer for about 1- hour or till chicken is cooked thru. I then take skin off of chicken legs and cut up chicken and toss back in soup let simmer about 15 minutes more, and make matzoh balls on the side and noodles. I use chicken legs becuase not that much fat comes off of it when you simmer it, you can get the fat off as it simmers from the soup. Enjoy. I can give you the homeemade form scratch recipe I use just let me know.
