Dear Repair Man
Yes, I called in an emergency service call on my heating/cooling unit, as it's leaking water all over my basement. The key word is EMERGENCY...
Please don't tell me you will be here at 6:30 when you know you will not. It is now 7:50 and I sit here waiting while water is seeping under the wall ruining the new carpet in the basement!
Now your office tells me because it's after 7:00 I will be charged after hours fee even though I have a 10 year warranty on my unit.
I will leave it to you to explain to your supervisor why I will NOT be paying your "after hours" fee!
