Daycare Moms-Please Help

DD will be going to daycare in 6 weeksChat Icon (Time flies) and I'm trying to be very organized. How did you label everything? Did anyone ever order from inchbug.com, mabels labels etc? Also for those of you whose DC use a pacifier what did you do? I've seen personalized ones has anyone bought them? Thanks for your help!

I use the inch bug labels for the bottles and I really like them. Stuck On You has great labels too.

Re: Daycare Moms-Please Help

I ordered from Mabels Labels. I ordered the minis and regular labels for labeling bottles, dishes, spoons, wipe container, etc. I use a black marker to label disposable things like cereal box, diapers, wipe refills. I use the tag stickers (stick on label in clothes) to label clothes, jackets, sheets and blankets.

Let me know if you have questions.

Good luck!

Also, DS uses a pacifier, and I just clip it to his bib or outfit with one of those clip and strap thingies.

Re: Daycare Moms-Please Help

I didn't order any special labels...just took a Sharpie marker and wrote directly on her bottles, sippy cups, tags, etc. I know, it's not as pretty...but it works!

Re: Daycare Moms-Please Help

My daycare used their label maker for her bottles & everything else, I used a sharpie pen. After a while, I forget to label, but they know which stuff is hers if it's not marked.

I bought labels from Stuck on You and they are not only cute, but have never came off! I ordered the clothing tattoos also. For the binky, I wrote her name on the binky holder that was attached to the binky.

Re: Daycare Moms-Please Help

I use labels from itsmineuse.com They are dishwasher safe. I tried sharpie but it kept coming off and I got sick of rewriting. Since the whole thing couldn't fit on the paci, I just cut one in half and put only his first name on it and that fit.

Re: Daycare Moms-Please Help

I love my Mabels Labels...they are great for his bottles

I put his initials on the pacifier. I didnt want to put a string attached because I thought it would add to his love of his paci

we found blue painter's tape worked great for bottles.

Thanks-a follow up question for those that used mabels labels or stuck on you...which labels did you order for clothing, spoons, bowls etc?

Re: Daycare Moms-Please Help

My advice is to confirm labelling with them first.

I ordered a TON of labels just to find out that my daycare color codes everything and I didn't have the right color.
