Re: cuticle biting....

I always bite my cuticles. But what helps me is Solar Oul. It is in a nail polish bottle. It is a skin conditioner. It works really well. I know that they sell it at harmon.

hope that helps

Are you feeling anxious about anything?
They sell something in the pharmacy to avoid nail biting. Maybe you can get that and apply it to your cuticles and avoid this from happening.
You may have to wait until your cuticles heal before you apply it because it might sting since your cuticle skin is exposed at the moment.....
Good Luck!

To answer ur question MrsFresca I am always anxious about something Chat Icon so I'm sure that has something to do with it.

The only thing that helps me is getting frequent manicures. Then I don't mess with them.
