I got my thank you cards at Target - they were black and white with picture of baby feet on the front. they were blank inside.

Not sure where she got it, but my friend did a picture card with a pic of her 3 month sonogram, and the card said
"thank you so much...and I can't wait to meet you"
it was really cute since it was like from the baby

I got mine off of vistaprint.com. They were pretty cheap and they had a ton of designs to choose from.
