cupcakes for a Birthday party
I am baking ccupcakes for Sara's party. Her GTG is on Saturday late afternoon . Can I bake them Friday evening and leave them out covered in foil until Saturday . I dont plan to ice them until Saturday anyway

I would think so. I usually bake the night before I ice the cake so that it's really cool.

FYI - MIL baked cupcakes last Sunday for the Super Bowl. She left some un-iced and she put some in a ziploc bag. We had them yesterday and they were so moist and yummy. I am sure if you bake the day before and store them in a ziploc or foil they will be fine.

I made about 45 cupcakes the night before Roman's birthday and left them out. Delicious
