Not sure if any of these would really be considered "Western" Suffolk enough but...Shandon Court in East Islip has a party room that can accomodate more than 100 people. You may be able to utilize the whole upstairs of the Irish Coffee Pub, also in East Islip. Timber Point Country Club in Great River is another option, and it's convenient to the Southern State. Or you could try the Bayview House at Captain Bills in Bay Shore, or Molly Malone's in Bay Shore has a large party room upstairs that can accomodate that many people.

It's for my SIL and they have family coming from Queens so I don't know if she wants to go out that far. I'll recommend them to her anyway (she had her E Party at Irish Coffee Pub though so hmmmm).
