Crockpot Question (not Recipe!)
Just wondering if anyone has this crockpot:
I do, and The handle of the lid is METAL....when this thing gets to the right temperature, it is IMPOSSIBLE to pick up without a pot holder....
However, the one that is white (same style) has a white plastic handle...no need for potholder!
I love this crockpot, but that handle, OWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!

I have a very similiar one. The handles do not get hot. Sounds like yours might be defective. I'd return it or contact the company about getting a new one.
