Credit Card bandits have struck again!
welp someone stole my CC info from a website that I must have ordered online recently- they even punched in the 3 digit code on back of card!
they used it to purchase Itunes!!!!!!!!!! .
I called commerce right away and we closed that card, I have to walk in and get another tomorrow but how scary is that!!!!!!!
recent orders online were to
victoria secret
Albee baby
used in store at
cvs
gas stations
friendlys
dunkin donuts
its my debit card- how messed up is that
so everyone beware

There is Commerce has you fill out whats called a regulation e form. They investigate and get your money back.

mmmm not sure about that. As far as I know it has to "hard post" meaning it has to post to your account to fill out the reg e form

yes you are right- unfortunately albee baby charged me twice for 1 order, so I will call them again tomorrow but in the meantime commerce told me to fill out that form.

That's so strange because last summer my credit card had fradulent purchases on it and one of them was to Apple... my credit card company didn't let the charge go through so I never found out how much they charged. People are horrible!

Credit cards are different then checking accounts and check cards.

im sure there is. But it's probably something you would have to file a police report for and if it's a lot of money I guess commerce fraud dept would investigate it.

im sure there is. But it's probably something you would have to file a police report for and if it's a lot of money I guess commerce fraud dept would investigate it.
