Could too fast of nipple flow cause spit up or acid reflex?
Yesterday I started my dd on level 2 nipples, b/c it seemed like level 1 was too slow. She kept spitting up and smelled very acidic. Could the level 2 nipple be causing this?
Shes only just started bottles officially on sat, she was EBFed before that.

I think it could hurt their little bellies...Chase has bad reflux, and I have yet to switch him to size 2. I've been debating it, but on size 1, formula still pours out of him when he eats.
