could this be the horrid leg cramps that...
everyone tells me about...
after work today driving home and yes my driving leg my upper thigh began to cramp up.... and continue cramping.... is it just a pulled muscle or is this the start of legs cramps mothers have told be to be aware of?

i had leg carmps too today but lower area too-like the calf. i am only 18 wks.... but what casues leg cramps anyway? mine might not have been pregnany related but i was wondering after reading your post.

I have been waking up the last few weeks with the cramps in my calves and they are horrible. Try eating more bananas and potassium. That is supposed to help.
