Could it be the mucus plug or bloody show????
I was just on my way to the bathroom and I suddendly felt my underwear get wet. When i looked down....I saw a mucusy clot of blood on my undies.....kind of looked like jelly (sorry TMI).....is this the mucus plug or bloody show or something else I should be concerned about?

Sounds like the mucous plug - aka bloody show! 
For some it means labor is a few hours away, for others it could still be days or even a week away.
Either way - it's a good sign!

yes thats the mucous plug- I lost it when I was in labor already but I have heard that if its mixed with blood its a pretty good sign that labor is on its way

Yep, sounds like it is! I lost mine while waiting to go to the OR for my c/s. I was just starting labor, so hopefully you're almost a mommy!

I didn't lose mine, so I am not exactly sure what it looks like, but it sounds like the definition I found on line.
