cost to dormer a cape
does anyone know the approximate cost:
1- to dormer a cape with 2 existing bedrooms upstairs? and possibly push the downstairs out 10 or so feet?
2-just frame it out and lay the floor ourselves/sheetrock ourselves

A full upstairs dormer would probably start at 80k soup to nuts.
Extending out would add to the cost.
