contractor needed in the Long Beach, NY area
As I just posted, the engineer's report was extremely thorough. Possibly too thorough! The bottom line is that the house (73 years old) need lots and lots of work, renovation, updating, etc. Windows, electrical, plumbing to name a few. We'd like to have a few estimates before we decide whether to take on such a big project or not.
Can anyone recommend a contractor for this?

My dh's friend is one. He did the work on our house. He actually lives in Long Beach. If you want his number I'll FM it to you when my DH gets home.
