Clothing Sizes
OK so ive looked for 9-12 mo clothing just about everywhere!! Ive found 6-12 mo at Old Navy which was great! BUT Ive tried on a 12 mo dress on my daughter who is 9mo and it was a perfect fit! For ur 9 mo old.. What size did he/she wear?

Well, I can tell you that Ava is six months old, and she wears 12 month clothing already because she's so tall!

IT IS CRAZY!!! mY GIRL IS 9 MTHS AND THE 6 mth stuff was getting tight but there is no size for them.. Carters has 9 mths.. Childrens place for a 1/2 hour I was looking for 9-12.. no such thing now it is 12 mths or squeeze in the little sizes.. I am so confused..
Old Navy is good now with the 6 -12 but who knows how big she will be at 10/11 mths...so as of now I have no idea...

Marron will be 8 months on Saturday. She is wearing mostly 6-9 months. Carters 6 months stuff fits her pretty well still. It really depends on the brand though. I put a 6-9 on her yesterday and she was SWIMMING in it -- I had to take it off of her. Some 3-6 months still fit her (mostly undershirts and PJs).
I was actually wondering the same thing about the 9-12 months stuff.

We've found that clothing size is very brand-specific. For our 7month DD, she has some 3-6mo that fits well, 6-9 that fits well and 9-12 that also fits well. Until she starts to walk, we're not going to worry about the sizes too much. Especially during the winter, since she'll probably have lots of layers anyway.
