Closing on house Thurs - tax grievance question
We are closing on our home on Thursday, can I put in for a tax grievance now? How do I do this?

Grievances can only be filed from January to March.

We are closing tmw and we are putting ours in today.
It depends where the house is. We are in town of Huntington, and can do so up until today!

If you are in Suffolk County, the deadline is tonight. You can file a grievance today by grieving as "contract vendee" since you won't officially be the owner until Thursday.
