the sellers attorney is not calling anyone back!!! 
we are ready, and the sellersa are ready...

I know... the whole process definitely explains the expression... "Too many cooks spoil the broth"
Most of the time it's really the lawyers or agents that are the problem not the buyers or sellers.

its the sellers lawyer thats holding everything up..Apparantly he hasnt been returning anyones phone calls!! The sellers and us thought we'd close wednesday...We are both ready to make the move!
The attorney was supposed to get back to someone by the end of today...I never got a call from anyone saying that he called..so who knows whats going on..this is just ridiculous!!!
