Clomid users...
When do you get your bloodwork done on the days that you have to go to the lab? No one ever told me if I have to go in the morning or a certain time so I go when I get there (but in the morning). Today I got there at 9:40 and they told me that I JUST missed the pickup by less than 10 mins and that my bloodwork would go out with the next pickup and that my dr might not get my results until very late tonight or tomorrow morning.
She made it like I should've known to get there early and told me that "we always tell people in your situation..." I wanted to smack her---people in my situation- I wanted to say "people getting bloodwork?"- that type of situation?
What a jerk. Anyway, just curious if it makes a difference...

What lab?? Quest picks up multiple times a day. Of course my ins. does not take Quest

My doctor's office has lab right there for the hormone levels, they they don't have to send it out for that.
The latest they will make an appointment though is 10:30.

At my place the monitoring hours are 8-10 am - whether for blood or sono or whatever. They send the blood to their NYC office at 10:30 am so it needs to be done before then. They told me that when I started.

yep, we have the same office and it is from 630 to 930 they do the bloodwork to get it back by 4

Yes, it's a quest lab. I've been to their riverhead location (where I got told this this morning) and their centereach office, where I usually dont' have any problems--- however it takes me an hour to get there and I can't afford the time to take the trip on days that i don't have a drs appointment also.
Thanks for all of the responses. I didn't hear from my dr tonight so I'm guessing he didnt' get my bloodwork. I'll have to call around 9am tomorrow and see if they received it- otherwise I'll see if they'll call the lab directly to find out where they are.
