Awww I'm so sorry. No you're not losing it. And thats a really good question about the clomid. I could be wrong but I would imagine the medication is still in your system. Plus the stress of IF combined with the clomid is enough to make anyone moody. I'm glad you asked this because I actually remember also being MORE moody AFTER I finished my clomid. So I'd be interested to see what other people would say. You're not alone mama

If I remember correctly, the information sheet I received from the pharmacist stated that the side effects of Clomid could last for 2 weeks after taking the last pill.

i am so sorry you are dealing with this.
it cannot be fun at all.
I think if I were in this situation, i'd calmly explain to DH how you are in the throws of an emotional roller coaster right now, so if he could suck it up and try and help you it would be appreciated.
i noticed that since i went off the birth control pill, i'm an emotional DISASTER. I know it's in no way the same thing - but wow. I have found myself apologizing for things after the fact so often now - it's a standing thing...i just look at Dave with the, i'm dumb face and he gets it... Once it happens enough times - your DH will get it too...
ETA: in all sincerity - reading your post brought tears to my eyes...that's how bad it is!

Oh yes, the joys of Clomid. I was a total emotional basket case on it and the real trouble started after I stopped taking the pills up until I ended up getting AF. This is one of the main reasons I only took it for 2 months. I also hate to tell you that it gets worse the longer you take Clomid. I had bouts of uncontrollable crying and felt like I was totally losing it. You are not alone and YES it is the Clomid.

I never took Clomid, but the whole thing with your eyes I understand and could really get to anyone who is used to contacts. I am a usual contact lens wearer and have had to wear glasses for a few weeks. Not being used to it and having bad eyesight, not being able to wear sunglasses, the whole bit with bad eyes would get to anyone. Hang in there...
