Clogged Milk Duct and Pumping
Help! I've been pumping for 7.5 months and I just got a clogged duct (I think). What can I do? It is very hard and sore and much less milk is coming out.

Get hot water on it while taking your shower and massage where you are feeling the clogged duct, sometimes that helps

Keep pumping too! Massage and warm compresses too.

Keep pumping through it. I know it's painful but it's the best thing to clear it.

I actually popped mine with a pin..NOT telling you to do it but I couldnt stand it anymore. Pump and Pump and Pump and massage it towards your nipple to get it out. OUCH!!! Warm compresses help.

How long can one last for? I've been applying warm compresses, massages and added an extra pumping session to my day. I'm worried if this continues for a few more days, I won't have enough milk for DS.
