Cleaning Company - What is the going rate?
Does anyone know what the going rate is for a cleaning service, per hour??

Would ask for a flat fee rather than hourly-much cheaper. My friend has a 2200 sq ft 2 story house with 3 BD 2 1/2 bath. They quoted her 80 and she negotiated 70 if that helps

I totally think it depends on the size of the house and what is being done. Ive paid 110 for a split level house including doing brass railings. I think fees are between 70-150.

Ours charge $60 for our 4bed, 3 full bath 2 story house. I think it's so low b/c my inlaws and parents have used them for years- even before I met my DH- they had the same poeple LOL! I guess it was fate! They just quoted my friend $70 for the same sized house as us.

My cleaning person cleans every 2 weeks and does my laundry and changes my sheets (I call her the laundry fairy)
4 bed room 2 bath two story $70.
