CIO spinoff question
I know they say to start CIO with naps but has anyone just done the nighttime CIO?
DD will be 5 months on sunday and she usually sleeps pretty well at night but I want to start CIO when she wakes up at 4AM... Her naps are all over and she is a catnapper, I will deal with that battle later...

I only do the night time CIO, because naps are too short, I let all my kids cry it out and within a few days they learned to go back to sleep

Same here!
We never had a problem napping (thats because we take our naps together  )
We only CIO @ night-
