What do you give them? Is it typically a weeks pay?

wow! what is a weeks pa considered...do u spend like 400 bucks on her or more? I dont even get that a my job!!!

Let's just say - I'm a very generous boss but she is great with my kids and that is priceless.

yep....unless you can't afford it, which I know was hard for me when DD was younger. We also gave a small gift from DD (candle).

my best friend watches my DD so far I have gotten her a personalized ornament that says The T**** Family..it has 3 penguins for her, her DH and her son.
Not sure what else to get her I know she wont want a lot so I dont want to insult her by going overboard.
