I can post what I used later, something like
A child is a gift from God, Baptism is Gods gift wrapping?  I can look for it and post it.
Im pretty sure I found it on
verseit.com - great site!
and then of course the usual
"please join us" blah blah blah 
ETA: verseit doesnt have christening wording, thats weird!
but I did find this
