Christening Gift for a Co-Workers daughter?
I am going to her Christening tomorrow...
We are co-workers, but we are also friends since I have started this job last year...
What kind of gift can I give for the Christening? I was thinking a bond, but its too late now since the banks are closed...
If I did get a bond, how much would be sufficient? I was thinking $50
Or, if not a bond, any suggestions for a nice gift I can give?

we got a lot of 50 bonds for Ryans christening....
I know commerce bank is open til 6....
If not you could always get something nice from things remember...maybe an engraved baby bracelet...clothes..???

If I don't know someone that well, I stick with a check and $50 is probably what I would give too. I usually figure the family is getting them the keepsake-type stuff.
