Chopped Salads
How bad do you girls think a chopped salad is w/gorgonzola cheese & walnuts w/fat free raspberry dressing? I've been getting this for awhile now and I'm hoping it's not too bad. I am addicted to it.

Depends on how much cheese and walnuts you are putting in the salad.
Both full fat cheeses and nuts are high in fat so I wouldnt eat this salad every day.
