Chewy granola bars

Since DS is having issues with table food lately, I am trying to get him to eat whatever I can. The other night I was eating a fiber one bar and DS grabbed it from me and ate the rest of it...Is it ok for him to have a regular chewy granola bar? He is 15 months old and mainly eats baby food. He does fine with crackers and cheerios...

Thats good to know. I wasn't sure if it was safe for him to eat. Choking wise. He was eating a lot of table food up until November and went off of it. It has been a struggle since. I figure a granola bar and yogurt is better then nothing...Thanks..

Some of those bars "may" have nuts in them so I would be careful

I still break everything up in to pieces. I just ate one and they aren't bad. He handled the piece he ate the other night very well...I will watch him closely if he eats it...
