Cheap patio furniture?

FH and I are moving to an apartment in West Islip, and for the first time ever, we'll have a small backyard of our own. Exciting! But we don't have any furniture for the yard. We're only planning on being there for 2 years, and this summer is halfway gone already, so we just need something cheap that will last us the rest of this summer and the next. I figure that this is a good time to shop for patio furniture as it'll be on sale everywhere, but we still don't want to spend more than $200... any ideas on where we should go?

(We tried yesterday, but the Target we went to had chairs but no tables and the Lowe's had one scratched table and no chairs... and I was having the allergy attack of the century and was in no mood to shop around further).

We are going to buy our patio furniture at the end of the summer. I have been keeping an eye on the prices at a few stores and they haven't dropped all that much yet. I can't bring myself to spend $400+ on furniture that we will only use 3-4 months of the year.

we just bought some beautiful charis at Bed bath and beyond for $40 each. they are really comfortable!!

My mom just bought me the cutest set. Believe it or not but I think it was from Stop and Shop.
It's four sling type chairs, a square tempered glass table and a nice umbrella....and she only paid $70!!! I will take a pic tomorrow if you want!

Also CVS in West Islip had a really cute sent I think it was under $100. It was 4 chairs, table, umbrella, and umbrella stand.

We got a nice set from JC Penney a few weeks ago for about $300. Since then, it's been on sale for even less. We got six chairs and a table. The chairs are very comfy and are plasticy wicker look. The table is the same look with a glass top.

Seems the patio sets are all cheap rt now since apparently mid-July is the end of the summer according to the retail world. Walmart had some cute sets, as did Target. Also, you can try Overstock.com.

This is a cute set for only $188!

Walmart, we paid $398 for glass top table, 6 chairs, end table, umbrella & stand. Can't beat that price!

Wow, so many places to check out tomorrow! I never thought of looking at CVS or Stop n' Shop, or Overstock.com. I usually don't go to Wal-Mart either, but it sounds like they're having good deals so I'll check it out... thank you so much!!!

I got mine at walmart too, my mom also got a new set there.
congrats on getting a place w/a yard! I love eating outside in the summer!
