Chasing cars (the song)
This song gets me so choked up whenever I hear it and I love it. I know it was on Grey's anatomy, but I have never watched the show - I got teary when I saw the commercials for it and the song was playing.
What is it about this song?

i've been obsessed with this song for like 3 months- and taht feeling Still hasn't worn off. i dont know... i guess i just love that "we're the only 2 people that exist in the world' type of thing.

I love this song too. One of my favorites right now. I always think of that scene in Grey's Anatomy when I hear it. I had heard that the singer's dad always used to call it chasing cars when the singer would go looking for a woman.
