Changing sheets?
How often do you do it when you, or anyone else in the household are sick? DH is sick and has been drooling all over the bed since he can't breath through his nose. Ewwwww... I'm running out of linens!

when one of us is sick I change them 3x a week. and I also change the hand towels in the bathroom more often

If someone is sick, two to three times. Regularly once a week I do the entire bed, mattress cover, duvet cover, etc. I also do the hand towel and kitchen towel around twice a week.

If we are sick probably every other day, same with towels.
However, if I'm really sick it's hard to find the energy.
