central air conditioning ques
It seems my CAC isn't working very well. Not sure if it is just that the vents need to be cleaned or something more!
We just moved into our house a few months ago and I don't know who to call.
Anyone have any recommendations/suggestions?
I live in nassau!!

I am having the same issue. I'm looking into Keyspan now, they offer service contracts you could purchase, doesn't seem to expensive, but they won't come out until 15 days, I guess they have to process you before sending someone out...

I just had mine installed and I was told the single most important thing you can do for your central air is to change the filter in your return (usually located in your hallway ceiling) every 3-6 weeks. If it gets clogged, your system will not work efficiently. Check your filter first. If that's the problem, it's the cheapest and easiest thing to fix. Good luck!

How do I know where my filter is!! LOL i know nothing about owning a home!!
I am going to see if DH can figure that out and if we don't have luck I will take all of your suggestions!
