Anyone know if they take EMpire Blue Cross Blue Shield...?
I tried to look on the website, but it keeps freezing up.

Hi there....I just looked up Human Reprod at NSLIJ and they do have Empire BC BS listed inder the insurances they accept. But it says to call to determine specific coverage for their services.

Just wanted to say, call your insurance provider and see if your are covered specifically and asked what code needs to be on the insurance for them to pay. Then call NSLIJ and ask them what code they will used on the bills and verify w/ your insurance that the code will be accepted. Do this upfront and it will save you a lot of anguish.
I am currently fighting my insurance because of the coding NSLIJ put on their bills. So far, I got them to change one of the bills, but still trying to fight the other.

I use the Center for Human Reproduction. My particular plan of Empire BC/BS is accepted at NSUH but it does not cover IVF. IT does cover unlimited IUIs.
