Cedar Creek Tonight...
I usually take Jasmine for a long walk in our neighborhood and decided to check out the dog run.
I was so happy, there were only a few dogs and the owners were great with their dogs.
Jasmine is now passed out cold from running all night and I was happy that it was not busy and the dogs were so well behaved.
I usually go to Gardnier's but I will go to the dog run's too.
I heard so many stories both good/bad and wanted to share my good experience at Cedar Creek this evening.

LOVE Cedar Creek - DH and I always go there w/ Bowser... glad to hear Jasmine had fun Isn't it the best when you get them home and they just pass out for the night!

I Love cedar creek! That's the only dog run I go to. The guy with the pitbull mix that does alot for the run is super annoying though and his dog is a p. o.s. if a dog can be one haha. he always bites my dogs neck and plays too rough. but it's not even playing. we always leave when he gets there

i have a jack russell named O'Malley and a pitbull named Jameson. the pitbull is staying with my friend george (he's a big dude) so he's there more than I am. But that's my doggie. she's white with brindle spots. super crazy and loves to run around.

OMG YES!!! that dog is such an a hole!! the guy brings it on though. the noises he makes when she like bites a dog or plays rough, makes me cringe!!
cedar creek is right off of wantagh avenue. its great

I went after work to Cedar again and there were too many BIG dogs, Jas freaked, her hair was standing up and she was cowering in the corner...we took her for a walk and were going to leave then this lady who also had a Rottie, 1 year, said bring her in the small dog run (there were no dogs in there) and they played together and ran around...That was so nice!!!
I went to Wantagh this morining and it was good, I like both now,
Jasmine is still afraid when there are a lot of dogs but I will keep trying to take her in the off times when it was not so busy.

I posted about this a while ago - I went during the day when I guess there are a bunch of "regulars". They terrorized Scout. And the owners didn't move an inch.
We haven't been back since, nor do I plan to. I prefer to take hikes with him in parks where he can run around and sniff and I get some excercise too.

yeah the regulars kinda have their own clique and although we do go alot, we don't really socialize with them. sometimes, but not all of the time. i do however love that black goldendoodle, its mom is the blond lady with short hair. she's really nice and that dog is gorgeous (and HUGE!!)
