I'm wondering how long the wait would be if you go without reservations for an early dinner.TIA

MMM delicious...
How early is early?
I would say 3pm... 3:30 the latest and you should be able to get seated within 20 minutes- tops.

I'm thinking 4:30-5. The guy at carmines said it would be about 45 min to an hour. I'm hoping he's right.

DH and I are meeting family tomorrow at 4. My aunt called and they said they don't take reservations.
We'll see.....
