What is the dress code like if we went tomorrow at around 4ish?
and...

You can only make a reservation if you have 6 or more people. I have seen people in jeans there.

deff casual place... no you shouldnt need reservations at that time the most you should wait is like 15min if anything, have fun... my hubby used to work there// (way before babies)

Definitely casual dress, I have also seen people wear jeans there. 4:00pm isn't so bad. I don't think you will have much of a wait.
