car seat recommendations?
I'd really like to move DS out of his infant car seat (besides the fact I hate it--he seems very big for it and is jsut under the height and weight limit) I know he still needs to be rear facing until one year but am wondering what carseat is everyone using, any good recommnedations? I have read a lot of good things about Britax but am not really sure....I feel like I am preparing to register again, LOL, doing research!!

I have nothing bad to say about the Britax Marathon, although it is a little big I wouldnt go with any other brand!!

We just got dd the evenflow triumph premier. It has the latch system for rear facing along with forward facing. I heard good things about it, and my sister said it was in consumer report and rated one of the top.

ETA...I mean 3! I have 2 and DH has 1!

I like the Britax Boulevard because of the Side Impact Protection. Recaro seats have it too. There's another Britax with SIP that is a little smaller than the Boulevard as well.

We have an Eddie Bauer 3 in 1 and a Graco Comfortsport and we don't have a problem with either.

we have a britax marathon and an evenflo triumph...Evenflo triumph now has side impact protection. I love them both, so does DS!

We have the Britax Roundabout and are very happy with it. We travel by plane alot and it's small enough that it's not too bad bringing it on the plane, etc.

we have 2 britax marathons and love them! My SIL has a graco comfort sport in her car for DS (she watches him) and she said its fine too but i def like the marathon better

Not according to the evenflo website.... I just looked, and there was no mention anywhere of the Triumph having SIP features...
