Can you please tell me where you got yours done or are planning to have it done. So far I tried:

1) Nassau Country Traffic Safety Board in Hicksville - they do not have any appts available until the 25.

2) Garden City PD - Only services GC residents

3) LIJ - Left messages and have not rcvd a return call

4) Town of Hempstead Department of Public Safety - Left a message.
