CAR SEAT CHECK SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 25th
There will be a Child Safety Seat Check on Saturday, September 25 from 9:00am to 1:00pm at the Nassau County Fitting Station.
The address is 170 Cantiague Rock Road, Hicksville, NY 11801.
As part of National Child Safety Seat Check Day, Nassau County will be hosting the event. come down and get help installing your seat or simply make sure your seat is installed correctly.
90% of Child Safety Seats are installed improperly.

Thanks for installing our car seat Chris!! Baby Michael made it home from the hospital safe and sound!! Girls - I suggest you all go. DH and I installed it first ourselves and we followed the directions fairly well, but it turned out we still had it in incorrectly!

This service is great. I have a 1 year old, and just went to get it checked out a make sure it was in okay. And it was not correct, they were able to put it in the right way. They recommended we leave it rear facing until the child is 2. Our seat supports up to 35 pounds rear facing. When we switch to forward-facing i will make sure i go there again.
