Car insurance/accident question
My friend's daughter was rear-ended yesterday (by a drunk driver), which then caused her to hit into the car in front of her.
From what I understand, the person who rear-ended her is 100% at fault for hitting her, but as far as her hitting the car in front of her, does anybody know where the fault lies?

She is still not at fault. They will go back to the person that hit her.
The same thing happened to me except it wasn't a drunk driver.
Everyone went after the person that hit me.

Yup...the person who hit her is responsible...it's a domino effect, but the person who starts it is responsible for all.
