Cancun Mexico, All inclusive or....
How expensive is it to eat and drink in Cancun? Should I get a hotel with an all inclusive plan or should I just pay for a regular hotel and try different restaurants in Cancun?
This'll be my first time to Mexico (other than a cruise)

From what I've heard from other people All inclusive is the way to go. We are staying at our first all inclusive in Cabo in July.

all inclusive, that doesnt mean you cant go out once or twice and treat yourself to a nice restaurant

All inclusive! We stayed at the Moon Palace and loved it! If you stay at any of the Palaces you can travel between them and eat in their restaurants.

I would vote for stay at a regular hotel.
DH and I went two years in a row and the first year we stayed at an all inclusive, the Riu Caribe for 4 nights, the second year we stayed at the Marriott Casamagna for 5 nights with breakfast included only. Both hotels were beautiful.
We ended up spending less the year we stayed at the Marriott than we did when we went to the all-inclusive and we enjoyed our food/drinks more!
We went off premises a couple of times to drink while at the all inclusive and once to eat.

Check out Le Blanc Spa Resort All Inclusive. I wish I found this before booking my vacation to Cabo.

I looked this place up on Expedia and any date I put in, it said it had no rooms available, is that weird or is this place THAT popular???
