I know it sounds like a stupid question but I am just trying it for DH and I was just wondering that right after I try it can I stop cold turkey?

Can I just start giving him formula?

Well, usually when you start bf'ing you are still in the hospital, so really your milk hasn't come in yet. It generally takes a few days to come in, so maybe in that time you will know whether its for you or not.

Yes, but I would suggest giving it at least a week or two to make a decision. The first few days are the toughest!!!

I agree.
You may think you're trying only for your DH but you might like it. It really is a beautiful thing.

My attitude towards it was i'll try it. Well i've only been a mommy for 8 days and I love the bond that we have. It is ver frustrating and tiring but so worth it. You might feel differently though, my SIL tried it with her first and didn't like it at all.
