Can you return sealed formula without a receipt at CVS?
Target told me they could not take it back without a receipt.
Does anyone know about CVS?

Yes, but the other thing you need knows that is you might have heard of the price match policy. CVS has named CVS Price Match Policy which helps you to save money at the store by returning the item.
