Can you look at my mothers day brunch menu?
Do you think I need to add anything or delete anything? There will be 10 adults 1 child. So far I have:
Overnight challah French toast
Scrambled eggs
Eggs, Ham,asparagus, and gruyere strata
Bacon
Sausage
Bagels
Fruit
Walnut coffee cake
Muffins

I wouldn't have two egg dishes (the scrambled eggs and the strata)... I'd get rid of the scrambled eggs, because those are never as good when they are sitting out for a while. Just my personal taste.
