I am defrosting chicken strips (like for stir fry) and was trying to come up with a clever recipe for dinner...

I was thinking about cooking it in the wok and adding chili powder and maybe some soy sauce? I don't know if that combo would taste right though.

What would you girls do? I was also thinking about melting some mozzarella on the strips, too - but I can't come up with anything.

Let me know your ideas! Thanks!

There's a dip I like to put on strips of chicken to spice it up. It's an asada verde dipping sauce...but many dips can be used in saute dishes. I would add veggies and olive oil and garlic and salt and pepper for sure...sometimes I put my rice in it, too and mix it all up.

I use those pre-cut chicken strips and make chicken and cheese enchilada's or burritos. Or you can toss them on a salad. Or you can make a stir-fry by adding some veggies.

I like to use those in soft tacos. Cut up some green peppers, onions, tomatoes; or just go the easy route and use salsa. Throw in shredded cheddar and some sour cream.

We do this a lot!! Chat Icon
