Can we eat foods made with wine (such as vodka, marsala or francese sauces)?
What does your DR say about these things? I know there are varying opinions, but does your dr think it's safe to eat (once in a while of course) foods made with wine in their sauces?

It's perfectly safe. Alcohol in food cooks off, there is no harm. NOW if you were eating a liquor soaked cake I would say hmmmm...lol. Enjoy!

Its fine, the alcohol cooks out...I eat them all the time Had marsala just the other night...it was yummy

absolutely! alcohol cooks off when it's heated (reduced) so there's none left in the actual food. eat it all you want.

i eat them all the time - but i avoid liquor soaked cakes and pastries.
