This one is a winner:



INGREDIENTS:

1/4 cup packed brown sugar

1/4 cup ketchup

1/4 Jack Daniels BBQ sauce

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef (I use turkey)

1/2 cup milk

1 egg

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/2 onion, chopped (OPTIONAL)

1 pack. of onion soup

1 pack of sazon

2 cloves of garlic

1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

3/4 cup finely crushed saltine cracker crumbs(I use Ritz crackers)



DIRECTIONS:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 5x9 inch loaf pan.

2. In a mixing bowl, mix thoroughly all ingredients (EXCEPT the sugar, ketchup and BBQ sauce) and shape into a loaf.

3. Mix the brown sugar, ketchup and BBQ sauce (I also added 1 tbs of Worcestershire sauce to this mix). And spread over the loaf.

4. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour or until juices are clear.



Serve with mashed potatoes!

Quick and easy recipe:

1 lb ground turkey
1 egg
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 onion (chopped)
1 can of black beans (drained)
1 cup salsa
sprinkle of cayenne pepper

In a bowl hand-mix raw turkey, egg, bread crumbs, cayenne pepper, chopped onion and can of black beans. Put into greased meatloaf pan; cook on 350 for about 45 minutes. Take out and pour salsa on top; return to oven for 5-10 minutes. Enjoy!

use the lipton onion soup recipe on the back of the box...

all you need is eggs, bread crumbs and ketchup i think

Any meatloaf recipe will do just use turkey instead and a touch more liquid
