can someone explain OPK's
I am new at this but I used an ovulation kit yesterday and I had a line and then a barely there line so I figured I would get 2 visible lines today
but I dont now I only have 1 line and its day 13
what am I doing wrong??

your not doing anything wrong, you just didnt O...The lines will come and go in darkness... DO NOT believe if you get a 2nd dark line one day and its lighter the next that you missed it. You have to make sure you test the same time every day to stay consistent, and most brands recommend around mid afternoon for the best time.
If this is your first month testing, I would test until at least day 18 or more to see what happens...

Once you get the 2nd dark line you should ovulate 12-36 hours after. As soon as you see that line, grab DH and BD the next 3 days to catch that egg!
Are you charting? or checking your cervix for mucus changes? Once you see your cervical fluid starting to change, and get to know your body, it will get easier to figure out when to whip out the OPK's.
