~where you got the cabinets/counters from
~brand of appliances
~what you did DIY
~any other info you would like to provide
Almost every house we've seen will need a kitchen update.

my father in law was a contractor in FL but just moved here...he knows people who does kitchens if you want I can get a number...not sure how they are priced though...

Hey Jess! Seems like things are going good in FL for you guys. That is great!
I have pics in my albums of the new and old. We got our cabinets through a contractor that we didn't really care for in the end, so I don't recommend him or the cabinets. With everything, cabinets, flooring, granite, appliances, we probably spent between 15-20k in the end or close to it. i try not to think about it.  We have Kitchen Aid, Bosch & LG appliances. We were going to want we want and didn't bother us if they were all different names. We only painted the kitchen. This was the biggest part of our remodel in our house, so we paid a contractor. We also bought the appliances on sale at PC Richards when they have their tent sales. Good prices. I hope that helps. GL!
