Can I do anything with my personalized backpacks that are too small for my boys?
Just got our personalized Pottery Barn backpacks and they are way too small! I ordered small that was supposed to be for early primary. I have seen this size around and totally thought I got the one size bigger.
Anywhere I can sell these?

The small size is fine for my younger DS.
Name on backpack that is too small is William. It is the navy blue fairfax with a dinosaur patch.

I would call and ask pottery barn to exchange it. I know it's personalized, but still if it's not right for the grades advertised, I think they might do it for you.

My DD has both sizes. She uses the small one just to take stuff when we go places like if she is going to a friends and wants to bring stuff or to watch her brother's games etc. So maybe you can use both!

I did the same thing last year. I was so pissed. I couldn't believe how small it was. My dd has a popular name so I was able to sell it to someone on my local moms fb page but for less than 1/2 what I paid.
